Here I will feature recipes for healthy baked goods, spreads, entrees and side dishes. Real hearty food, with exceptional taste, and none of this “it has 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour so it’s healthy” business! My goal is to provide nutritious AND delicious food, featuring no refined sugar and healthier oil substitutions. I also hope to add gluten free, vegan and raw options in the near future.
